Reporting a game problem

Include your browser, device, game mode, the steps leading to the issue and a screenshot when useful. For a chess-rule issue, export the game as PGN from the move panel and attach it so the position can be reconstructed.

Progress and account questions

Guest progress belongs to the browser where you played. Signed-in completed activities can sync to your account. Check the save status in Progress and retry sync before reporting a missing activity.

Privacy requests

For questions about stored information or an account-related request, contact the same address and use the subject “MineChess privacy”. Use the email associated with your account where possible; the team may need to verify ownership before changing account data.
